Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 29, 2026

The short version: we collect your name, email, and (if you provide it) phone number when you fill out a form on this site. We use that information to reply to you, deliver any resource you requested, and send relevant follow-ups you opted into. We don't sell your data. We don't share it with anyone except the tools we use to run the business (listed below). You can ask us to delete it any time.

This page explains what Wabash Systems LLC (“Wabash Systems,” “we,” “us”) collects through wabashsystems.com, what we do with it, who we share it with, and your rights. It's written in plain English instead of legalese on purpose.

Who runs this site

Wabash Systems LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. The business address is on file with the Illinois Secretary of State. For questions about anything in this policy, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), and the message you typed. You can choose to opt into email or SMS updates — if you do, we record that consent.

When you sign up for the audit checklist (via the modal or the sticky bar), we collect your email address. If you check the SMS box, we also collect your phone number.

When you book a consultation, we use Cal.com to handle the calendar and meeting setup. Cal.com collects your name, email, and any answers you give to their booking questions. Their privacy policy is at cal.com/privacy.

Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically logs IP addresses and basic request metadata for security and abuse prevention. We don't directly use these logs for marketing or tracking individuals.

Analytics. If we run analytics tools (Google Analytics 4 or Cloudflare Web Analytics), they record anonymized page-view data — what page you visited, how you got here, your approximate location by country/region, and your device type. They do not identify you personally.

What we don't collect

How we use what we collect

Who we share it with

We use a small set of third-party tools to run the business. Each one only gets the data it needs to do its job:

We will not share your data with anyone else unless we're legally required to (subpoena, court order, etc.) or you specifically ask us to.

How long we keep it

Contact form messages and email signups: kept as long as you're on our list. Unsubscribing or asking us to delete your data removes it within 30 days.

Server logs: retained by Cloudflare per their retention policy (typically 30 days for raw logs, longer for aggregated data).

Analytics data: kept in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely. We can't tie it back to you specifically.

Your rights

Regardless of where you live, you have these rights with respect to your data on this site:

If you live in California (CCPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), or anywhere covered by GDPR, you have additional specific rights granted by those laws. Email [email protected] and we'll handle the request the same way regardless of which regulation applies.

Cookies

We don't set advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a small number of essential cookies (e.g., for security and bot detection). If we run Google Analytics, it sets analytics cookies. Browsers expose controls for clearing cookies and using "Do Not Track" signals; we honor those where applicable.

Children

This site isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, contact us and we'll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy materially — new tools, new data collection, anything that affects your rights — we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, if the change is significant, send a notice to anyone on our email list at the time.

Questions

Email [email protected] with any privacy question. Real human, real reply, usually within one business day.
