E-Commerce Performance Audit + Fix Sprint
The work we do most. We start with a free technical audit of your store. If the gaps it surfaces are worth fixing, we book a paid strategy call. If the strategy lands, we run a 2 to 3 week fix sprint on the highest-leverage issues. If you want it ongoing, we move into a monthly retainer. Four steps, hard prices, no obligation between them.

What could a Fix Sprint + retainer return?
Honest ranges. Conversion optimization typically lifts conv rate 15–25% over 6 months; page-speed + SEO compounding lifts traffic 5–10%. Both are conservative for sites starting under a 70/100 PSI score.
These are conservative ranges, not promises. Real-world results depend on starting baseline, vertical, traffic source mix, and time horizon. The $0 Free Audit gives you a much more specific answer.
FAQ
E-commerce performance compounds. One-off projects deliver a snapshot fix; the value of the work shows up over months as conversion, organic traffic, and operational discipline accumulate. A retainer is the only structure honest about that. It also keeps the relationship lean: one engineer, one client, no agency overhead, no account managers translating between you and the work.
A fix sprint is 2 to 3 weeks of concentrated work on the highest-leverage issues surfaced by the audit. Typical scope: Core Web Vitals and site-speed fixes, structured-data corrections, broken redirect chains and indexation problems, conversion-killing checkout issues, and platform-specific configuration mistakes. You get a written before/after report so the work is auditable, not just promised.
Yes, but selectively. The fix sprint at $8,000+ is a defined one-off. Platform migrations and store-setup engagements are also one-off by nature. Outside of those, we generally don't take small one-off work because the discovery and onboarding overhead eats most of the engagement. If you have a specific, scoped project, ask and we'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.
Monthly retainers run on a 6-month initial term, then month-to-month with 30 days notice. The 6-month minimum exists because the work genuinely doesn't show measurable results in 30 to 60 days. After the initial term, cancel anytime. If we're 6 months in and you don't see value, you shouldn't keep paying — and we'll tell you that before you do.
